Beginner Sessions
New to Pickleball?
A Club volunteer will host a Getting Started session for Palo Alto residents a few times a month near the Magical Bridge Playground. No prior experience necessary, no equipment necessary, no club-membership necessary. Participants must be 12 years of age or older to participate.
To ensure that everyone has a great experience, it would help to RSVP for the session ahead of time (at least 48 hours in advance) so that we can get the right number of volunteers to help staff these sessions. You will receive an email confirmation at least 24 hours prior to the event.
Please arrive at least 5 minutes ahead of time to get signed in so that we can start on time.
Upcoming Getting Started sessions will be announced a week or so in advance based on weather forecast and volunteer availability.
Please check the RSVP form for the next available sessions.
We regret that we don’t have the court capacity to offer these sessions to non-residents, and we encourage those who live in other communities to get started at the courts nearest you. Check below for more information:
